Service Description
This appointments is for a one on one session conducted at our office in West Perth to discuss the details of your matter and what you are hoping to achieve through mediation. As part of the process, the mediator will assess whether your matter is appropriate for mediation and whether there are any safety issues. Each person must attend their own separate intake appointment before we can arrange your mediation session. If you would like, the mediator will reach out to the other party to invite them to organise their own separate intake appointment. Additional fees apply for the mediation session. You can request a quote from us for more information about the costs involved. This appointment is appropriate for matters relating to children OR property. If you need to resolve both parenting and property, please book the parenting AND property appointment or two separate intake appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Once the requested appointment is approved, you will be required to pay the appointment fee within 24 hours to secure your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if payment is not made. Cancellation policy: There is no fee to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice but more than 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, there is a $40 fee charged to cover the cost of the room booking fee. If you do not attend your appointment or provide less than 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the full fee for the appointment will be payable and no refunds will be provided.
