Intake appointments
Intake appointments are private appointments. Each party needs to attend their own intake appointment before proceeding to mediation. Each party normally pays for their own appointment unless otherwise agreed. Appointments can be conducted in person at the office or online using Zoom.

Mediation
Mediation sessions are designed to assist parties to negotiate and try to come to an agreement about the issues in dispute. Sessions can be conducted in person or online using Zoom and I can facilitate separate rooms or lawyer inclusive sessions. Fees are quoted per person and each party is responsible for their own share of the fees unless otherwise agreed.
Standard mediation - in person
Shuttle mediation (separate rooms) - in person

$220 pp / per hour including GST

Lawyer inclusive mediation - in person
Additional fee for the boardroom of $55 pp / per hour including GST to be paid in advance of the session
